About the Role
This 12-month fixed term contract role supports senior leaders across a large national property portfolio by turning complex data into clear commercial insight. You’ll work at the intersection of property, finance and procurement, helping the business understand where money is going, why it’s moving, and what actions make sense.
This is not a pure data or reporting role. Analytics and modelling are tools, commercial judgement is the core.
What you’ll do
· Analyse property, finance and procurement data to identify cost drivers, recovery gaps and optimisation opportunities
· Support national procurement initiatives, validating data accuracy and commercial alignment to RFP requirements
· Review contracts and supplier spend to identify pricing or structural misalignment
· Build clear, decision-focused dashboards and models (Power BI / Excel)
· Develop scenario analysis to support budgeting, cost recovery and investment decisions
· Translate complex information into practical insights for senior stakeholders
About you
· Strong problem-solver from a commercial property environment
· Comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets and ambiguity
· Experience using analytics and reporting tools to enable decisions, not just produce reports
· Confident communicator who can explain the why, not just the numbers
Experience & qualifications
· Typically 6–10+ years in a commercial, portfolio or property analyst role
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Property, or similar (or equivalent experience)
· Professional qualifications beneficial but not essential
Why this role: This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in an ASX-listed organisation, gain exposure across multiple strategic workstreams, and materially influence commercial outcomes across a large, complex property portfolio.
